This is a vintage Japanese celadon vase, which were
made by the 1st class potter, Kako Morino (1899-1987)
about 65 years ago.
He was a great potter
, who won a blue-ribbon award of the one ofn the most famous Japanese art exhibitions, Nitten Exhibition (Old name: Bunten Exhibition) in 1941.
The signature of the potter is carved on the bottom. In addition, the original wooden box with the signature of the potter & the profile of the potter are
also included.
