Shipping and Handling Charges
1. Arrowmaker Sales ships to all the states within the continuous United States (48 States) at shipping cost stated in auction information.
2. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO's, FPO's
3. We ship to all International Locations.
International winning bidder must pay with PayPal. (no exceptions)
4. Bidders who win more than one of our auctions in the same day are eligible for a shipping discount. Please wait for Arrowmaker sales to send you an invoice via E-mail before completing check out.
5. All auctions are shipped by Monday after payment is received. If there is a problem with shipping on that date, an E-mail will be sent to the winning bidder stating when they can expect shipping.
6. Multiple day auctions won with payments cleared might be combined for convenience.
There are no shipping discounts if these shipments are combined.
Insurance
Insurance is included in the Shipping and Handling Fees.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
Arrowmaker Sales tries to the best of our ability to describe items correctly and completely. Occasionally something might get by our inspection. For this reason we offer a refund or replacement program.
If you receive your item and it is not what was described in our auction please Contact us through EBay’s message system within 7 days of receipt of your item. Tell us why you are dissatisfied with the item and we will either try to replace the item for you or issue a refund to you.
If we have a replacement item in stock, Arrowmaker Sales can, upon request, E-mail pictures of the item(s) that we have as possible replacements. You may choose which of the items that you want for a replacement. This replacement will be sent to you as soon as we receive the original item sent to you back via the postal service*.
If there is no replacement available then a refund will be issued. Purchaser must send back all items from the original auction at their own expense. A refund will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of all items of the original auction**.
* Shipping for returns will be refunded to you if the mistake on the item is ours. If our description of the item or the condition of the item is incorrect, any out of pocket expenses for shipping will be refunded as soon as possible by check or PayPal. If our description of the item is correct or you are just unsatisfied with the condition even if it was properly noted in the auction then there will be no refund for return shipping.
