Vintage Banjo Steering Wheel 5 Bar Original 1936 1937 Ford Chevrolet ???

Vintage Banjo Steering Wheel 5 Bar Original. Condition is all original. I do not know what the specific application of this wheel is but it appears very similar to 1936 1937 Ford but I do not know it's original application? Acquired from a large local estate. Measures roughly 17” diameter. There are no breaks to any of the bars. Outer steering wheel rim is metal. No damage or breaks there either. There is a number A-102-24 stamped on the hub portion. Great restoration candidate.
