  • Condition: Both crumbers are in good used condition. The Great Northern has numerous dings on the blade, numerous use marks, and wear on the edge of the blade. The N in the logo is slightly worn, but still easily readable. The Northern Pacific has numerous use marks on the blade, and wear on the edge of the blade, the railroad marking on the underside is strong. Both crumbers have some minor spots of silver loss.

    RAILROAD-GREAT NORTHERN/NORTHERN PACIFIC LOT OF TWO (2) SILVER SOLDERED CRUMBERS
    Offered today is a chance to become an instant crumber collector. The crumber was used to scrape up crumbs from the dining car tables. This lot consists of Two (2) Crumbers. One from the Great Northern Railroad in the Hutton Pattern, and the second from the Northern Pacific in the Silhouette pattern. The Great Northern Crumber is top marked, and the Northern Pacific bottom marked. Both Crumbers are approx. 12" long, and the blade is approx. 3 1/4" wide. The Great Northern Crumber has the man'f on the bottom, "International Silver Co." the words, "silver soldered", letters SFO followed by 567, and a date code of 1947. The Northern Pacific crumber was also man'f by "International Silver Co., also on the back are the words, "silver soldered" the letters SFO followed by 038, there is no date code on the Northern Pacific. Both crumbers are in good used condition. The Great Northern has numerous dings on the blade, numerous use marks, and wear on the edge of the blade, The N in the logo is slightly worn, but still easily readable.
