I purchase items at a discount to resell at a discount.  If the product you purchase from me is defective in any way, or if you simply do not like it, please email me instead of giving bad or neutral feedback.
I will absolutely work with you and come to a resolution. **
Shipping:
All repeat customers of mine get free shipping (free Shipping on Items 1 Pound or Under Only) and a gift!
If you have purchased from me before, please email me, remind me of what you purchased, and I will send you an invoice reflecting the shipping discount.
I Ship One to Two Business Days after Paypal Payment. Shipping Cost Includes a Box or cardboard, bubble wrap, and Delivery Confirmation. All items are very well packaged.  I sometimes like to throw in some mints.
I DO COMBINE SHIPPING! If it's a jewelry or small item, I charge one shipping charge of and the rest are free!  If it's a larger item, I will send you an updated invoice.  I only charge actual shipping charges, nothing more, never a handling charge.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I do ship International to ALL Countries! Please be aware, it can take up to a month to receive. I will reduce value on label and change item description if necessary to stop thieves.
Please email me for quotes, I charge for basic international shipping (up to 8 ounces) Larger items do cost more.
TERMS & RETURNS:
I accept returns on all of the items I sell. Simply shoot me an email advising, once the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent, I will give full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees UNLESS it is my fault.  If I have made a mistake I cover all shipping.
Costume Jewelry:  Some pieces were made with glued stones.  If you receive a piece of vintage costume jewelry and a rhinestone has fallen out, please re glue with Jewelry Glue or Super Glue.  I cannot be responsible for what happens in transit.
If an item arrives broken, please do not throw it away without getting clear photos first.  I will not ask you to ship back a broken item (unless I believe it can be fixed),  but I will ask for photos before I refund.

I may slack at times at updating feedback but I do give feedback as often as I can.
I consider myself to be a very honest and generous seller so please, before leaving negative feedback, give me a chance to fix any mistakes.  If something has gone wrong, please just email me and I'll do whatever I can to fix it.
