This is a fine thick and thin silver wire  antique
Japanese Cloisonné vase from the early Meiji era (1868- 1912) .  The vase has a
beautifully  shaped body in rectangular form with
    longish neck
,  flared mouth, shoulders sloping down on the rounded corners of the body to  flared-out foot.  The front and back sides of the vase are wider than the sides.
The design consists a naturalistic floral design on a peach-colored background.  The front side
    depicts
giant tree peony flowers in purple and white and small red and yellow chrysanthemums at the base.  Leaves from the peony plant lap over onto the short right and left sides.  The rear side design depicts  a smaller peony plant and flower design.  Note the finer silver wire used to draw the veins in the purple flower petals while the whole flowers are outlined in thick silver wire sculpted to form the edges of the petals.
The vase is 7" tall.   The vase is unsigned by attributed to Gonda Hirosuke.    Excellent antique
    condition.
Shipping cost overseas is higher and will be calculated at end of auction.  Ask all questions before bidding.
